- Return Window: You may request a return or exchange for items within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be in original, unopened, and pristine condition with all factory seals and packaging intact.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used toys, or individual parts that have been removed from their original blister packs, are not eligible for return for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus original shipping costs, once our team verifies the condition of the returned item.
